just to let everyone know, the last few months has been pretty hard here. at the beginning of the year, my wife and i both lost our jobs. we just got the truck and the bills keep adding up. i'm working, but with the crap weather we've been getting lately i can't seem to get in a full work week. long story short, my hosting fees are due next month and depending on how this month goes, i might have to close this site. even though my hosting fees are only $100 a year, it's more money than i can afford currently. sad, but true.

biggest part will be not having this place to keep in touch and i will also loose my e-mail addresses on top of it

en when you make a backup of your database ? and put it on a free hosting.

when this is geen option , maybe all Users can do a Donation so that your hosting is payed.

if my members would be able to donate enough, that would be great and by the looks of it, the only way to keep the site up.

as for the free hosting, i'll have to pass on that as i will never use a free host due to the troubles i've had working on sites that use them in the past.
