Please pass on our condolences to her family.
Do you know what took her?

Re: taken far too soon...
My oldest daughter's best friend passed away when they were just 13 years old also. It is tragic.
My condolences to the family. This is something they will never get over. I'll pray for them.

she was born with a heart condition that resulted in her having to have a pacemaker and it malfunctioned causing her death

Re: taken far too soon...
That poor baby. So the parents knew that could happen at any time with her condition. But even knowing that still does not prepare you for it. My heart goes out to all the family.
I know this because my oldest daughter had lukimia when she was two and we went through some heart breaking times for a year until she went I to remission. She's twenty one now aND we were told that she could at any time relaspt and die. We have been lucky.
That thirteen year old friend of her's that died, I knew her well like one of my own. She went on vacations with us a few times. Her death was uncalled for. Her and this fifteen year old boy were "In Love" and the parents would not let them be together. So like Romeo and Juliet, they both ended their own lives with a shotgun so they could spend eternity together in death. Isn't that sad. No one can prepare for that.

Viewing/wake today was difficult. Had trouble keeping it together. No idea how the parents are doing it
