How to add digital clock?

Well i know you have that Digital Clock here...

Looks to me that all you need to do in order to add it is, add:

Somewhere and it will show the time there. But what time dos it exactly show?
It shows the server time, or is it tied by the {CURRENT_TIME}?
Guessing that the {CURRENT_TIME} Var is listening of the Timezone set on the user's preferences..

most clocks will show the current time from the users pc.

the clock i have here should show the current time on your pc as long as you have your timezone and DST setting correct in the UCP.

Cant it be tied to the phpbb clock?
