ie8 - firefox - crom viewing problem

I know, you are working to upgrading the themes.Look at these pict. pls.

ie8: Problem is here.Corners, text-color and shadows could not be seen.Not good show.I dont know, why? I wanted to remind you. Can ve solve this problem?

the issue is with IE8's poor ability to handle css. my menu system is css3 and works great with everything except for IE. and it works even better in Safari as the menu slides out :D

i would have to build a special stylesheet and add code for IE and that is something i stopped doing some time ago.
