new menu with the release of phpbb3.0.7

when phpbb3.0.7 gets released, my styles will have a new menu using no images, just css. it will have gradient shading, text shadows, and still have the drop down function.

everyone except Internet Explorer users will see these cool features.

Internet Explorer users up to IE8 will only see a plain box drop down due to IE not being able to handle the css that all other browsers do. IE is dieing, so everyone should use something else as it seems that the internet is moving on without it

and yes, this drop down menu will work in IE6
