Have a question, I have about 200 members. Only a few are active, how can I move the inactive to the new members and take them out of the registered members group?

in the ACP... USERS AND GROUPS... Manage groups... select the Newly registered users group members link...
at the bottom of that page, click on the [ Find a member ] link and select the members from the popup
