the chat is a mod that can be found on Star Trek Guide - TV series, movies, people and worlds of Star Trek
the mod that is on that site is not like what i have here tho. i changed it to what i wanted. the base mod does not have sound, smilies, or bbcodes. nor does it have the latest posts showing in chat but can be found on that same site
